Terms & Conditions
Plain terms, in the same voice as everything else here. If something below is unclear, ask before you buy rather than after.
Who you are buying from
Orderflow Atlas is the publisher of the material described on this site.
Purchases are not processed by us directly. Our checkout provider acts as merchant of record, which means it is the legal seller of the transaction: it takes the payment, applies and remits any sales tax or VAT due in your country, issues your invoice, and its own buyer terms govern the sale itself. Its name — not ours — is what appears on your card statement and on your receipt.
These Terms cover the material: what it is, what you may do with it, and its limits.
What the product is
A bundle of downloadable files — a written course in PDF, a workbook with answer keys, printable summaries, a flashcard deck and templates. There is no video, no login, no platform, no chat room and no live session.
Delivery is by download link sent to the email address used at checkout. Nothing is shipped.
Lifetime updates are included. When the material is revised, you get the revision at no extra cost. Information that goes stale quickly — prices of third-party tools, exchange calendars, platform settings — is deliberately kept on this website rather than inside the files, so that it can be corrected without reissuing anything.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, print and use the material for your own learning, on your own devices, for as long as you like.
- You may print copies for your own use, and quote short passages with attribution.
- You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
- You may not upload them to file-sharing services, course platforms, group drives or public repositories.
- You may not present the material, or a derivative of it, as your own teaching product.
- Every copy carries the buyer's identity. That is the only anti-copying measure used — there is no DRM, and nothing about the files is crippled.
This is education, not advice
The material teaches a method of reading markets in general terms. It is not, and is not intended to be, investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything.
Nothing here is tailored to your circumstances, your account, your risk tolerance or your objectives, and it cannot be: we do not know them and do not ask. No individual guidance is offered, no positions are reviewed, no accounts are managed and no signals are published.
Examples are historical or generated from synthetic data. No opinion is expressed on the future price of any live instrument.
If you want advice on your own situation, speak to someone licensed to give it in your jurisdiction.
Risk
Trading futures, options and other derivatives carries a substantial risk of loss, and losses can exceed the amount deposited. Most people who attempt short-term trading lose money.
No claim is made, anywhere on this site or in the material, about the profitability of any method taught. No past, simulated or hypothetical result is presented as an indication of what you will achieve. Learning outcomes are the only outcome the material aims at: being able to read the tools, run the exercises, and build and test your own process.
What you do with any of it is your decision and your responsibility.
Your right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For downloadable digital content, that right can be waived — and at checkout you are asked to do exactly that, in two separate steps: you consent to the download starting immediately, and you acknowledge that doing so ends your statutory right of withdrawal. You receive an email confirming both statements before your download is unlocked.
Independently of that, we offer 30 days to change your mind, for any reason or none. It is broader than the statutory right, it applies to everyone regardless of where you live, and it survives the waiver above. The details are on the refund policy page.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that consumer law in your country gives you and does not allow to be removed.
Availability and changes
This site and the download links are provided as-is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability. If a link stops working, ask and it will be reissued.
The material is revised over time. Substantive revisions are listed in a public changelog so you can see what changed and when. We may correct, expand or restructure the material; we will not silently remove something you paid for.
These Terms may change. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the foot of the page. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase already made.
